FOTIC Ranked Among "2018 China Top 10 Real Estate Trust Enterprises"

         On March 22, 2018 China Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises Research Findings Release Conference & the 15^th Executive Summit of China Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises took place in Beijing. China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust Co., Ltd. (FOTIC) was ranked among "2018 China Top 10 Real Estate Trust Enterprises".

        The summit was hosted by the Research Institute of Enterprises of the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Research Institute of Real Estate of Tsinghua University and China Index Academy (CIA). Based on the scale, profitability and growth of trust companies and real estate trust, CIA applied a scientific evaluation method and index system to systematically study and comprehensively evaluate China's real estate trust.

        At the conference, Zhao Zhao, Deputy General Manager of FOTIC delivered a keynote speech titled New Era, New Relations, New Journey. In the speech, Zhao introduced FOTIC's advantage and the direction of its real estate business, including urban renewal, core property holding and full-process investment & financing service for real estate development.

        As one of the earliest trust companies engaged in real estate trust in China, in recent years, while continuously consolidating its traditional advantage in trust, FOTIC has kept intensifying innovation in real estate trust, sought cooperation with professional institutions with comparative advantage in segments, and maintained longstanding cooperation with most of China's top 100 real estate enterprises to meet their investment & financing needs at different stages.
